The Sales Associate will play a vital role in providing top-notch assistance to customers, identifying their pets' needs, and guiding them to the right products. This position requires weekend availability and offers both full-time and part-time options.
Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our range of pet nutrition products, supplies, and grooming services to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer solutions that align with their pets' requirements.
- Nutritional Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 1 year of experience in pet nutrition to offer expert advice on dietary requirements, ingredients, and portion control for dogs and cats.
- Product Recommendations: Assist customers in identifying the specific needs of their pets and recommending suitable products to fulfill those needs, fostering customer loyalty and trust.
- Clear Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. Communicate product insights, inventory updates, and customer feedback to the team.
- Cashier Duties: Utilize your 1 year of cashier experience to efficiently process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Store Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
